Abstract

Responsible and proactive radiation emergency preparednessis one of the central goals of the International Association ofBiological and EPR Radiation Dosimetry (IABERD). Toadvance this mission, IABERD regularly convenes interna-tional conferences, such as the biannual ElectronParamagnetic Resonance (EPR) BioDose meetings, tostrengthen both biological and EPR radiation biodosimetryand to enhance global readiness for radiation emergencyresponse. EPR BioDose2024 was held from 25 to 28September 2024 at Hirosaki University in Hirosaki City,Aomori, Japan, and was co-hosted by IABERD and HirosakiUniversity. The theme of the 2024 conference was DosimetryHarmony: Orchestrating Unity in Techniques, featuring 33oral and 56 poster presentations.
