Abstract

We have submitted a short article to The Physical Review [1] containing the main results of our present paper, i. e., that it is possible to account qualitatively for the large log ft — 8.1 value and approximately allowed shape of the Ho166—>- Er166 ground state (0 -->0 + ) transition [2], by a tensor pseudoscalar mixture. The amount of the pseudoscalar admixture can not be determined without new experimental data or calculation of the matrix elements involved.
