Abstract

These results were obtained using the Vini in silico model of cancer in the period from March to December 2020. The efficacy of 49 FDA-approved antiviral drugs on SARS-CoV-2 spike glycoprotein was analyzed. Based on the fact that HIV drugs showed the highest efficacy, the efficacy of their double and triple combinations was further calculated.
